The tour starts with a visit to one of the oldest historic houses in the town, you will learn the history of the family, its ancestors and the old tradition of wine making. Second stop are the old wineries where one of the most famous DOCG wines of our land was produced, stored and bottled: the Falanghina.
After visiting the wineries, a fantastic cooking show experience begins: you will cook with the help of a chef and then taste delicious dishes of the area.
After lunch, our guide will take you to the old town of Sant’Agata dei Goti: a small village perched on a sheer bluff of tuff in our beautiful Caudina valley, at the slope of Mount Taburno.
Sant’Agata is part of the circuit of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” and has won the Italian orange flag thanks to its unique landscaping.
The tour starts at 9:00 with a visit to the historic house and wineries which lasts about 1 hour. At 10:00 in the kitchen of the residence you will meet the chefs who will introduce you to the most exciting cooking show you have ever experienced. You will be able to cook and then taste the dishes with the typical products of the area and taste the wine produced by the company.
The session ends at around 14:30 when a local guide will take you through the streets of this beautiful village. The tour finishes at 16:00.
Bring your walking shoes and an umbrella to shelter you from any rain.
During the summer do not forget the sun cream and a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
The cooking show includes the preparation of first and / or second courses.
